Each lot has a digital passport: where it was grown, who grew it, its cup score, its compliance evidence, and every change of ownership. Anyone reviewing a lot reads the same passport, so claims cannot be quietly changed.

When ownership transfers, the passport records it. That history is what lets a buyer trust a lot they have never physically seen.
