1. Proof of concept
xchange.coffee is a proof-of-concept demonstration. It does not move real money, hold real coffee, transfer real ownership, or make any regulatory filing. All accounts, balances, lots, trades and documents are sample data for demonstration only.
2. No real funds or coffee
Any balance, payment, settlement or wallet shown in the demo is notional and has no monetary value. No goods are sold or delivered. Nothing on the site constitutes a real transaction.
3. Eligibility
The demo is provided to invited reviewers for evaluation. You confirm you are accessing it for that purpose and not as a consumer of a live financial or trading service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the demo, attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or attack the infrastructure, or present the demo as a live product to third parties without context.
5. Limitation of liability
The demo is provided "as is", without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the demo. As no real value changes hands, no financial loss should arise from the demo itself.
6. Governing law
These terms are to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the DMCC free zone (placeholder, subject to counsel review). Any live deployment would require a separate, reviewed agreement.
