xchange.coffee is in early access. The marketplace is currently browse-only: it does not yet move money, hold coffee, transfer ownership, or make any regulatory filing. Listings are shown for information while we onboard verified inventory and participants.
2. No transactions yet
No payment, settlement or trade takes place on the site at this stage. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or constitutes a transaction. Prices shown are indicative.
3. Access and eligibility
Browsing is open to the public. Requesting access registers your interest; transacting, when it opens, will require verification. We may grant, decline or withdraw access at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or attack the infrastructure, or misrepresent the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the DMCC free zone. The final agreement for any live deployment is being settled with counsel and will be published here before launch.
