It does not take custody of client money, does not operate a payment service, and does not run a regulated trading venue or exchange. The marketplace is browse-only during early access. The words used on screen - "digital passport", "safe settlement", "activity ledger" - describe how the exchange is intended to work, not regulated services offered today.

No funds, coffee or title change hands on the site at this stage. A future transacting deployment would be subject to regulatory classification with counsel, and to the relevant DMCC and UAE frameworks, before any value is handled.
