No regulated activity during the POC
During this proof of concept the platform does not carry out any regulated financial activity. It does not take custody of client money, does not operate a payment service, and does not run a regulated trading venue or exchange. The words used on screen - "digital passport", "safe settlement", "activity ledger" - describe demo mechanics, not regulated services.
No real value at risk
Balances and settlements are notional. No real funds, coffee or title change hands. A future live deployment would be subject to regulatory classification with counsel, and to the relevant DMCC and UAE frameworks, before any real value is handled.
